History
In 1971 a young designer, Stephen Williams, joined with a group of carpenters in Eugene, Oregon, to form a small design-build company, and Rainbow Valley Design and Construction was born. Since then Rainbow Valley has grown into two offices, one in Eugene and one in Portland, and has become an award-winning firm and one of Oregon's leaders in sustainable design and construction.
