Fairmount Square Row Houses

We developed these three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhomes in Eugene’s historic Fairmount neighborhood as part of an urban infill development project. The Fairmount Square Row Houses are built with sustainability at the forefront, using building practices and materials that earned them LEED, Energy Star, and Earth Advantage certifications and selection as a City of Eugene Green Building Demonstration Project. These certifications mean that the homes include high-performance features designed to provide better indoor air quality, environmental protection, and energy efficiency.
