Project Description

The clients wanted to replace their dark, outdated and easily cluttered kitchen with a space that was brighter, better organized and conducive to entertaining. Expanding the size of the kitchen was not an option, so we removed the lowered ceiling and the cabinets above the peninsula, and changed the way you enter the kitchen to open it up to the adjacent dining room and make it feel larger. We added strategically placed lighting and lighter cabinets and counters to brighten up the space, and better organized the cabinet layouts and features to increase storage and efficiency. All this plus new wood floors make the kitchen warm, open, and organized.
