Woodke Kitchen Remodel

The Woodke’s loved their home but didn’t think the run-of-the-mill kitchen was a good match for their family or their love for entertaining. They wanted something spacious, open, bright, eye-catching, and ready for a party. They liked white and black transitional kitchens that mixed modern and traditional elements, and we were excited to give them something that checked all those boxes.

The dining room was small and disconnected, so the first step was to remove the wall between it and the kitchen. With the space opened up there was room for a wet bar in the old dining area as well as larger appliances and lots of storage. A custom rangehood completed the look and the curved island top created a place for the kids to hang out while doing homework without obstructing the flow through high traffic zones. From the high-end cooktop to the island, to the wet bar, this is a family friendly kitchen that’s ready for a party!
