We originally bought our home knowing that a remodel would be necessary if we wanted to stay long term with our growing family. We are happy we chose Rainbow Valley for the job. Our project team never hesitated with the challenge of adding a second level to our home and our Designer, Tobin, even came up with the perfect solution on the first try. Throughout the process our Project Manager, Kevin, was consistent and thorough in his communication on project updates and kept to schedules. The crew was even able to begin the project a week early! Thanks to Rainbow Valley we now have the home we always dreamed of.

Our home came preloaded with a very distinctive style but it wasn’t ours, and the kitchen space didn’t work well for us. Enter Team Rainbow Valley. Our designer Alec Dakers asked all the right questions to help us articulate our vision for the space. The final design was made a reality by Lytton Reid and Phillip Baxter, and Dana Tessler kept us well apprised of the financials. We ended up with a space that is as functional as it is beautiful.

Successful remodel projects require clear communication and no small amount of trust. Each element of our project, from screw selection to billing, received the same high level of attention, thought, and care from Rainbow Valley’s extraordinary team.

Our goal with this remodel was to honor the integrity of our 100-year-old home, and to work with every inch of the existing footprint. Rainbow Valley’s attention to detail was essential to make the project a success, and we had confidence that every hand in this project (from designer to subcontractor) had our best interest in mind. The staff both offered ideas and incorporated ours as we worked together to create a kitchen that is now the hub of our busy home. We are incredibly pleased with the results. Three years later, we wouldn’t change a thing!

Designing and building a new home is exciting and challenging, regardless of size. Our partners at Rainbow Valley were efficient, forward thinking and highly skilled. The little black cottage in the woods captures and compliments the vitality of its setting and is a real joy to inhabit!

I’ve been working with Rainbow for eleven years now. I am such a repeat customer I’ve lost count of the projects. We have worked together on an outdoor kitchen, spa and entertainment area, a tile shower, rescue wood floor repair after a water leak, new door installation, kitchen remodel and entire first floor remodel, and the list goes on. They are so caring and conscientious I can’t imagine working with anyone else!  Rainbow takes care of their customers and their employees… They are communicative and transparent with schedule and costs which proves invaluable during a remodel!!

RVDC has been part of every aspect of our home renovation since 2014 when they did our living room, hallway and bathroom.  A year later they were back to do the bedrooms and primary bath, and in 2016 for the basement. In 2019 we took on another project and they transformed our yard into an estate. They are very good at anticipating needs and explaining procedures. We’re so pleased with our remodel! Rainbow Valley is a pleasure to work with. The outdoor space Rainbow Valley designed and built for us was a life-changer. We had no way of knowing when we started the project that a pandemic was looming which would force us to move all social events outside for almost two years. The gorgeous porch covering and sumptuous surrounding gardens were like an outdoor haven where we could have socially distanced visits in an extremely comfortable environment … truly, an extension of our home. The grounds and structure have received literally hundreds of rave compliments from friends and family. The project has brought great joy to our lives.
